How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

Mine dealer said no once it’s penciled in on the build sheet that’s how it comes. Took me a while to find what I wanted because of this

 

The allocations come in accordance with the build sheets. You could ask your dealer to find a different truck that matches your specs, but it won’t be the same Vin. You could also ask them for dealer installed add ons once it shows up

 

Same for me. My dealer said once it’s on a build sheet that’s how it comes. Even if I wanted something taken off instead of added they can’t do it.

 

my dealer said he can remove stuff. I removed the predator steps, the floor mats, and no tint. It dropped the price. I added the TRD heritage grill and skid plate. I already bought husky mats and I’ll tint the windows myself.

Usually, no. There is a brief window when a truck is allocated where some changes may be accepted, but there are a number of factors. When my truck was allocated we were able to change color and a couple of accessories, but that was within 48-72 hours after allocation and well ahead of the planned production date.

Thanks for checking. Every time I check the Toyota tracker the estimate slides a day, I can't figure out what the problem is, so I was hoping you'd have a few more details. I've seen other trucks have been delivered to the dealership with the same original arrival date so it's not making sense.

If that salvia ace now goes all the way back to Vera Cruz and leaves again without my truck on it I’m going to lose it haha

 

Well, my Tacoma came off hold a ways back, and started with an estimated dealership delivery of 4/4. Then that became 5th-7th, then that became 8th-11th, then that now has become 11th-13th. So at this point I don't think it's coming any time soon, and the end of April prediction the dealer gave me initially is probably more accurate. Ugh

 

Same for mine, but it started with 3/30 estimate arrival and slides every day. Plus I'm in SoCal so it should just hop on a truck and be here by now.

 

The Southern Highway just got to Lazaro Cardenas, I'm feeling the same way on the west coast. lol.

Last Saturday my dealer said it was off hold and moved up to April 4-6, so far no word from the dealer that it has got any closer... I think I'm in the same boat and going back to end of April.
