I am in the market for TRD Pro wheels and will a 4Runner TRD Pro Cast Aluminum One Piece Flat Black 17x7j (PTR56-89210-F2) fit on a Tacoma or Lexus GX460? I want to say 'yes' but need the confidence before I make the purchase. The local Toyota dealership has them slightly discounted (10%).

    Thanks in advance!

I thought the hub was 106mm for the Tacoma/FJ/4Runner/GX? I had 5th gen 4Runner off-road wheels on my 2nd Tacoma and they fit perfectly.

These look like the wheels in question, borrowed from this thread.

Edit: They're slightly different, but are 4Runner Pro wheels.

Typically I only the offset/width change a little bit between different models of the 6-lug wheels, but I haven't seen the hub bore change.

Thanks! You mean 2nd gen Tacoma not your 2nd Tacoma truck, correct?

Two solutions for them to fit. As described on 3rd gen fourm. One is to chamfer rear axle hub, most used a angle grinder. Only needs very slight chamfer. Other is to have wheel machined. They fit fine in front, it's rear axle where the problem is. Everyone said easy fix. Hope this helps.

    Yes, 2nd gen. I had a 2008 Sport.

My phone's keyboard occasionally drops abbreviated words as it tries to guess what I'm typing.

Thanks but I am hoping this won't be an issue for a 2nd gen. Not too knowledgeable on hub fits between the two generations. I have read that it's the back ones with the issue.
