You ignorantly drive a big stupid truck that you can't even drive around a normal parking lot.

 

That is pretty harsh.

A full size Chev extended length panel van had parked near me on the approach side. Since the van was so long his nose was out quite a bit further than mine and higher too.

The fellow in the truck pulled into this fairly open space and saw the van only, my truck was completely obscured by the van when approaching.

He turned left intending to reverse next to the van, a sensible choice as it would put the van on his driver side. The liftgate on his truck completely blocked my much smaller truck from his rear view.

It was isolated enough he could have just driven away unnoticed.
He made an honest mistake, owned up to it and made it right, a good guy.

 

Plus side is at least the other driver was honest about it. It's the exception versus the rule it seems.

 

Or you could have this guy who nailed my wife's Rav4 and lied right to my face about it
