That's ridiculous if they wait that long.

The current TRD pro is 47k MSRP, I HIGHLY doubt a Trailhunter trim will MSRP for over 50k… MAYBE 45k

Oh they will, still haven’t seen the shift knob or the cockpit. Lol. They are sticking to their original marketing strategy even with the leaks and all other manufacturers showing their cards. They need to adapt it cause ppl are taking deliveries on other vehicles.

That’s current though, you don’t expect the cost to go up 5k? it’s all new and turbos ect I don’t see the price staying in the same tiers.

I think you are still low lol.
Next gen Pro will be significantly higher than the current Pro. Trailhunter somewhere around the new Pro. Current Pro comparables are all in the 60's now, no reason Toyota won't follow suit, or worse.

This is the same company that currently sells a decontented OR as an SR5 with a locker for more than the OR for 45k lol. Everything is going upmarket with a price to match.

Maybe it’s just my wishful thinking. I just think anything over 50k MSRP for a mid size pickup is absurd.

No chrome, good. Backlit lettering that will say Trailhunter on my SR, bad.

I think the Trail Hunter is supposed to be higher price than a pro. Especially if you add on the cost of the metal bumpers and other goodies it will come with. A pro manual is 60 CDN and auto is 64

Interesting take. I can see it, even though it is hard to imagine Toyota demoting their highly popular Pro trim.

Are they building the Trailhunter for rich boys who don’t like modifying? I make plenty of money but I would never spend that much on something like the Trailhunter

I think its more for the people not me but the ones that are gonna buy a trd offroad and spend 20k in overland accessories. This way you know its done right with a warranty. And the offroad may not get the hybrid where I feel the Trail hunter will

Yep..I'm thinking the trailhunter will be the new top dog in the tacoma lineup and price will reflect that...

I wanted to like the New Tundra, but just dont. Grand kids are getting cramped in the AC, so I'm hoping the new Tacoma fits the bill...
