I like the look of the Tundra and same for the 4th Gen teaser and renderings. I'm more concerned with mechanical improvements than the look. I turned in my 3rd Gen after the lease and didn't get another one due to the floaty front end at highway speeds and some other minor issues. Better suspension and brakes and better MPG are what I want most. If that happens and the manual is still available I'll be first in line to order one. If an 8 speed auto is all they offer I'll probably still order one unless the pricing goes through the roof.

Rear suspension will be a 5 link, leaf springs are gone. Looks like rear disk with possible drum parking brake. MPG increase is likely.

dont forget its a truck, if you dont want a floaty front end, then i would go with a suv or better yet a Ridgeline

The Tacoma seemed worse than other trucks to me. It needed constant small left/right corrections to keep in a straight line over 55mph. I remember others saying the same thing about their 3rd Gens, and some saying they were able to get used to it. I never did and it irritated me to no end.

They do look good modded, but stock they are pretty fugly. And I’m trying but man everyday someone is posting in the FB group about something defective or broken on their new tundra. Toyota turning into GM.

Doesn't necessarily mean that will happen to the Tacoma if it's happening to the Tundra.

Looks like they PS'd a Tundra grill on the Tacoma but I get the idea. Best looking Tacoma in my opinion.

I'm willing to bet they'll share alot of the same components and parts suppliers as well. All new from the ground up, its gonna have growing pains.

Thats true, especially since the Tacoma is built in the Mexican factories. The build quality coming out of the Texas Factory these days leaves a lot to be desired thats for sure.

Will that 4th Gen grill fit a 3rd Gen? Asking for a friend.
