The little Slave 1 I picked up @ Walmart the other day is done and well worth the $39.95.
The later Mandalorian Boba and post beskar armor and spear, pre Rising Phoenix Din MiniFigs are one of the main reasons I grabbed the set.










Also complete with a Gamorrean encased in Carbonite to go in the slave 1 hold....

 

Off-topic-ish: Has anyone else noticed that Fett's ship isn't labeled as "Slave I" on packaging, etc.?

 

Oh, a LEGO thread! Here's my humble display at my office desk.

 

For sure. Its always labeled as "Boba Fetts Starship" or something to that ilk. That includes the UCS version and all modern Lego games where it appears as well. I assume its because the word slave doesn't go over too well on Disney packaging.............or any packaging.

yes, it was due to Political correctness. that is why it's not called Slave1.

 

More or less figured that was the reasoning. More wanted to make sure I wasn't losing it!
