    Because a lot of people a) are not mechanically inclined b) no time for bs c) lead times that become a shit show d)don’t have that level of passion for what behind. I know people like this, that say “I don’t care about none of that I just want to hop on, put some gas and send it” i know it’s crazy to me but well, it is what it is.

    For me, I’m a DIY till I die kind of dude.

    If interest rate is low enough, why not finance? (Definitely not now, as interest rates have ballooned) I make a decent salary (~300K a year), financing a car and investing the remainder in to some other asset/stock/etc is the better option IMO.

    Safely? No where, unless interest rates like you stated are close to 0% (realistically less than 3% would be ideal). Moderate risk, look in to ETFs.

    Interest rates right now aren't low. If you're seeing a low rate, it's subsidized by Toyota Financial, in which case take advantage.
