^ NO worries, they've done my Tacoma and a few other members on here. They'll do quality work and stand by it as well. Just note, they're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. You just hear too many horror stories when you're trying to save a buck with cheap painters. Inferior prep, paint and clear will show in just a few years from the Socal sun.

Really appreciate the feedback! Unfortunately, I dropped off my truck yesterday evening to a paint shop in Santa Fe springs. I was pressed in time as I needed the truck back by next Monday. I did look into reviews of the shop and had great reviews. I hope they do a good job.it’s called Absolute Collision Center.

^ If you did you research, I'm sure they'll be a great shop to complete the work. I'm happy you found a place to get it done. If you don't mind sharing, what was the price? You can PM me if needed as my cousin may need some work done on his roof as well. If it pans out with your shop, I may send him your shops info.

Of course! Shop is charging me 600$. I did call a different shop (in Downey) and they also charged 600$. Seems to be the average charge to repaint the roof. I just went with this one as it’s closer to Whittier. I will definitely let you know on the work.

Hi, I got my truck back. After a go thru on the job, in good earnest, I could not recommend the shop.

there was a decent size spot miss on the top coat and multiple spots where it looks like there was debris on the surface and it was painted over.

I would looks somewhere else to get this done.

the shop in Downey was recommended by a fellow in this site. That shop is called: Ideal Body and Paint.

also, Rich & famous just like post above. Multiple postings on this shop. Unfortunately it was to far for me (Van nuys)

I hope your cousin will find a good shop.

    Take care!

hey there I don’t have before pics (looked like typical roof clear fading) but my new paint is still holding up great and haven’t even waxed it, I also had him repaint my entire truck
