    No, wait, my measuring while lazy and possibly written on skin was correct.... I was sent the wrong part numbers, even the name on the order packing slip is wrong. So some other guy probably got what I ordered instead.

    I am dealing with similar right now too. The noise started after the last moab adventure last fall. I originally thought it was the inner TRE but the driver end of the rack appears to be moving vertically.

    I'll be curious to see what the rack guide bushing looks like.

    hmmm are you going with OEM?

    I figure something might be up with the rack because I have a steering whine when cold and I don't want to believe I killed another pump already lol

    Low Range is having a 15 percent off sale so rebuilt rack, poly rack bushings, and OTREs are like $580 in a kit. I might just order it and new high pressure lines so everything is fresh for more abuse. I've put 7 years of mostly off-road miles on the Napa ones I have now

    I have no pump noise at all. But I did flush the system and clean the screen in the pump last year.

    My rack is OEM. The 2nd one in fact. We replaced it in March 2018. It has ~64K on it. Seems fairly low miles to be having these issues.

    yeah, we'll see what the rack guide looks like. But considering the factory one went 175K, this one hasn't held up nearly as well.

    I had a similar issue, replaced the guide and spring and had the same problem. Ended up with a new rack.
