Fuckkkk this person at work....I have to upload official artwork to our servers every week for the design team, started doing it about 2 years ago. When I was initially asked they provided me with guidelines (which I have in email) that state the specific size and resolution to make the swatches at.

Today I get an email from them telling me that "we discussed making them xxxxx big, but you're only making them xxxxxx big. Please adhere to our discussed needs going forward" as though I ignored them and have been doing it wrong for 2 years and they just now noticed lol.

So I forward the guidelines and circled in red the part that states the specs they provided that I have been doing them at. She comes back with "that does not meet our needs per our discussion"....what flipping discussion

If you want me to change it up just fucking ask me like a reasonable human being lol.

she gracefully included my supervisor in the email chain so I'm gonna let him field this, because if I reply to her again I will probably get a call from HR.

oh I must have missed that. I'm not really sure my factory one is the weak link in the steering setup on 35s. I think the bushings still would be problematic lol

 

Have you tried drawing the red circle with blue ink?

 

maybe add 5 or 7 lines that are all perpendicular to each other?

 

Bushings for sure, although the TC ones get glowing reviews now. But you'd have to beef the piece of steel that the u-bolt clamp actually attaches the rack to, it's just some thin steel.

 

I was thinking some kind of motion gif with arrows of all sizes pointing at it and maybe some foul language

my friend in IT that deals with this girl and her asinine IT requests every day came in and talked me down. I don't know how he does it lol.

haha, I sort of assume that about a lot of people here. Being this is a fashion brand/company it attracts a lot of people that inherently love drama, can't trust those people to know anything you wouldn't want everyone to know

Their whole product list is sort of odd. Worse cam eliminator plates than that one guy here on TW that sells them, “PreRunner” 3rd gen T4R mirrors that screw into the stock mirror mounts, and that rack clamp.

 

Glad I'm not alone cause I've thought the same thing.

 

The one that always gets me is the hitch skid. I realize on 3rd gen T4Rs the hitch is low hanging but seriously, are they trying to protect the rocks from damage?

 

yeah whenever I can fit a rear bumper in the budget that will be the first thing I get rid of for good, that awful low hanging hitch these things have
