Air fryers will end up with your George Foreman grill, Insta pot, and bread machine.

Some people still use their Insta pots. Some have a button for half flush.

I do own a panini grill. Does that count?

I've never used "air fryer" mode. But my wife does. If that separate button gets her to cook stuff, and what she cooks comes out OK, I'm good with it....

    Yeah.
We've never used our InstaPot, bread maker does still get some use. We were given a George Foreman grill, used it once, it is gone. But I do like our air fryer. That and the rice cooker see plenty of use.

I use the instant pot 2-3 times a week. Slow cook shredded beef? Nah, 40 minutes. :D Chicken, etc? Nah, done. Frozen? Yee haw! Yogurt - nice and easy. Rice cooker? Yup. (We got rid of the rice cooker so we have just 1 appliance now, instead of 2).

Risoto, Chili, short ribs (haven't done this one myself, but I HAVE done ribs, and shredded beef otherwise), pulled pork, reheating barbecue in the instant pot is better than grill/oven, in my opinion.

The list goes on. I love it, but I understand why others might not use it.

:spy: and now I just got your half flush joke.... woops.

I have a panini grill/waffle maker. I use it enough to justify its existence but that's about it.

We have a slow cooker (works awesome), waffle maker (makes me fat), Flamma panini maker (works great makes me fat), rice maker (sings and makes me fat) and an Insta pot that the wife uses for yogurt, beans, chicken breasts, etc

    Tools. Get over it.

Why the hell would you need a bread machine?:fistbump::anonymous:

Risoto? I looked at the recipes, thickened with melted cheese not the natural starch from the rice that only comes from making proper risoto, then adding butter for creaminess.

I do have a pressure cooker and use it for certain things but it does not replace the flavour or texture of braising and I really don't see much time difference. Take stew for example, brown the meat and saute the aromatics, pressure cook on broth, release pressure, add root veggies, pressure cook root veggies to finish.

Rice cooker is used several times a week.

Sunday morning waffles with my son is a tradition.

And unsurprisingly, there are recipes all over the internet for it.

    Humanity scares me.

Just read this and WHAT I can't believe the kinds of recipes you find :puke:

Do you guys think if you actually made it, the texture is more solid, soft or what?

    Yeah.
Pasteurized process cheese food is not cheese. I argue with my wife that it is not food, either. I lose the argument, but I still don't have to eat it.

I'd be more concerned about the 1 pound of margarine and the 4 pounds of sugar than the Velveeta

This is actually on my recipe list to try already. It's under a french toast casserole and above a pinto bean cake.

I don't go in order I just pick and choose. Going through the sweets takes a looooong time. I'm not sweets driven. Ribs, on the other hand.

I'm 97% sure I had that about 30 years ago.

Probably about the same time as I had apple-less apple pie made with Ritz crackers.

I don't know if being on TickTock qualifies it as being "a real thing".
