Hey guys, I recently installed the icon 2.5’s and I want to lift it more. I want to lift my truck to the maximum amount allowed (2.1”) just waiting on the spanner wrench I ordered to get here.

How can I lift and compensate for the “taco lean”? Would I just have to lower the passenger side to be even with the driver?

    Thanks

Yes, you’ll have to lower the passenger side.

Also, if you bought the Icon spanner wrench, return it. It’s shit.

Is there a way to maybe get like a riser for the driver side?

Oh no no no. I didn’t order that one

Yes, you can get a riser. It’s just a space you’d put on top of your coil over. Have never seen it used on coil overs though.

Yeah that was my concern that I haven’t seen it done on coilovers. How much is the taco lean? 1/2in? 1/4?

    From what I’ve seen, 1/2in.

Gonna have to reach out to them and see what they recommend. I just don’t wanna lose that 1/2in

I've had Icon 2.5 Stage 8 on for 1.5 years now... just measured the rear yesterday. Difference between driver/passenger was only 1/4". In my opinion it's better to keep the front coil over's adjusted the same on both sides. Give the new suspension time to settle.

Lifted it up yesterday. It was hard af til I used PB blaster. Made things so much easier..

also, is it normal to hear some squeaking from it? Everything was greased up. Or is it because it’s new still?
