Did a greasing of lower ball joint boots and noticed the boots did not inflate. They are Moog which i never going with again but point is really i guess damaged boots possibly by over-greasing in the past til it gushed out.
Dumb story Moog calls these gusher joints or something i took that to mean grease it til grease gushed out like a gusher fruits.

Anyone had this happen the grease doesn't inflate boot just comes out from under it.

You installed your zerks backwards, the grease isn't allowing them airs to get into and inflate the boots.

No, but seriously, the boots don't need to "inflate" as you describe. As long as you are pushing a small amount of grease into the boot, you'll be ok. The fact that you have a little blow-by of grease is enough. If I recall correctly, you don't need any more than about a tablespoon's worth of grease in the boot which is roughly about 1-2 pumps of the grease gun. If you over-grease the boot, when the LCA articulates, the grease will expel itself from the boot potentially separating the lower lip of the boot off of the LCA. The joint just needs to be adequately lubricated.

I greased it last year sometime i think but it driven over 10K probably and plan for a long trip so i tried to grease again. Its just concerning i cannot view the boot at all really and in past its inflated so i knew grease was going in the joint.
But there is grease coming out from under boot i guess just cannot view boot since its covered up
