Completely agree. My point was just that a lot of people have this idea that houses just always go up in price for ever and ever no matter where they are or what condition they're in. In the past they wouldn't be entirely wrong but, at least for the US, that's mostly a boomer era phenomenon. All the recent immigration is propping up the housing market like crazy in a lot of places right now

Just got an interesting call from Kingston Advisors. They are a marketing firm based in Canada with US offices. They where hired by BBIG. The guy on the phone inquired about my shares. I neither confirmed nor denied that information was correct but it was. He then went on to explain how the Board is recommending to vote for on everything. I nicely informed him I was voting no and asked him to pass a message on to BBIG. The message was they've completely blown a very viable company BUT if they get the share price over $1 by APR 26 I will change my vote. lol

 

@TreeFortRichard it did the thingy. Also today was 4th lowest volume all time. Yesterday was third lowest.

Correction: Today was second lowest. Yesterday was third.

Super light volume on BBIG as well. The $0.50 call options have almost 400% IV. That's really fucking high. Maybe they'll both take off before Friday. They won't but it felt nice to type. lol

 

$1 ignites the gamma ramp. MM's have only hedged 12% of $0.50 calls and 1% of the $1 calls. If it hits $1 by next Friday it will go much higher.

 

They don't hedge shit anymore. They just FTD and keep kicking the can. In the last two years, there's never been another "squeeze" like the GME one that caught them off guard. It's built into the algos now.

Algos fixed. Can't fool the computers again, they figured out how to just FTD now instead of properly hedging like they're LEGALLY SUPPOSED TO DO. Combine that with MMs just moving all volume off exchange at will and you disappear any lit purchasing that would make the ticker move. Then you just dump the sell volume on the lit exchanges and presto, you now control the price at will.
