    Pretty much stock
    its not hard, take off your intake from on top of the motor (not the manifold, just the plastic intake tube/box).....take off the coil packs on top of every plug (2 bolts i think)....take the plug out, reverse and repeat.

    I'd also cover the throttle body with a plastic bag and rubber band to keep debris or foreign objects from dropping in. :)

    In fact, you could do a throttle body cleaning while you have everything off. It's just 4 extra bolts & a wire clip. Mine was pretty dirty at only 18,000 miles. I reused the gasket, just put a very thin coating of lithium grease on it. No leaks so far.

    May only be one bolt...but i wasn't about to go to the garage to look, i figured he would get the general concept.

    spit cup, weathertech floor mats, riffle rack, and bilsteins.
    yes there is one 10 or 12mm bolt holding each coil down. make sure you let the engine cool before you change them out. hand tight plus 1/4 turn is all you need. Iridium plugs on these four bangers are suppose to last 100k but i did notice a difference when i changed mine at 82k
