    I think the piping, on a 1st gen, is 2.25".

    My 5x8x14 Magnaflow was wayyy to quiet for my taste. I cut it off, ran it straight piped for about a week untill my Flowmaster 10 series came in. Welded it on with dual turndowns before the axle and its freakin loud and sounds sick! Nice and deep but on the highway I can make it quiet, turn up the radio alil and no drone at all. I always get compliments and people stare when I drive by. MUCH better now! You can hear it comming way down the road. :D:cool:

    I am looking for something quiet, but nice deep rumble. I do not like loud noises, and yes I am young... :cool:
    I am also trying to get every ones opinion and all the different sounding muffler vids/audio in one place.
    So far Jlee's muffler seems to be quiet and it sounds really good. The Flowmaster 10 series sounds the best but I know it will be too loud.
    If anyone has another opinion and vids/audio, I wouldn't mind if you post it up.

    yes but i gutted it after the CEL came on and found the cat to be clogged, its just cheaper than having to buy a new cat even buying the SIM is only about 110 so its cheaper than the sensor and cat, so i figured it was the way to go plus the sounds is way better and bit more response.
