Oh man, my wife's aunt and uncle have 4 or 5 cats and one of them looks just like that, maybe bigger. Libby. Somehow she's made it to 10 years old too, some kind of thyroid issue and they can't get her to lose weight. They literally have to carry her from spot to spot around the house because she's too big to move by herself

 

That's so sad haha. I've seen videos of them that fat where they can walk a few steps and then sit, then a few more later and then sit...what a life

 

I know rice is always something we were told to keep in their diet for my old husky. Least it sounds mild, Rebecca was telling me about it and I immediately thought the same thing that it was probably something he ate.

Yeah he's always chewing on something in the backyard, everything from tearing apart his large dog toys and eating the stuffing to chewing on baby possums and small birds. So when he starts yakking I just assume it's something his dumb dumb brain told him to eat that he shouldn't have lol.

I've been tasked with building a piece of equipment I've never built before, and our poor organizational of paper keeping means I only have a stack of grainy photos to look at and guess where everything goes.. combined with no current parts list or BOM so I don't even know if we have everything or if what we do have is made to current specs

Heelers are just tough. My girlfriends dads red heeler got hit by a truck the other day. Cracked shoulder and a bruised lung. He was still out chasing cows the next day like it wasn't a thing.

 

Pretty much this. I noticed the lump a few days ago, and didnt think anything of it because shes eating fine and being her usual self. Had to update her shots today and had the vet look at the lump. Gonna find out the price here in a few mins when I pick her up.
