Apparently back in the day, kids got special viewing spots at hockey games @Tour991

I wonder how many learned the hard way not to have their face right up against the fencing when the shots came flying

Some kid viewing with awe and amazement as a piece of 2 billion durometer rubber flies at their face in clear violation of Newton's 2nd law. Yeah I can see how they might have gotten rid of this little bonus area.

yeah it's kind of funny that this was even a thing, I had no idea. The netting that they put over the glass at both ends of the ice in pro arenas is a relatively new thing too, some time in the early 2000s a shot got deflected over the glass and hit and killed a 5 year old way up in the stands at an NHL game.

@m3bassman We got @Digiratus's truck to go all the way to redline (and beyond if he wanted). Was a little numerical mismatch, but that's sorted now.

Yeah, I mean when the state is sure to be underwater due to global warming in a matter of a few decades... you might not want to dole out that money unless you've been charging a lot. I'm sure they'll add in a clause excluding act of global warming or act of god, whatever usually covers horrific weather and tidal surge.
