Other than a hurricane and it has to be a big one, nothing even floods. Lived there for 25 years mostly on the water and never been flooded.

But, yeah the temp is rising and so goes the water. Planetary patterns (precession)

 

The majority of my family lives there, no one has lost a house yet, but man the damage from flying coconuts is intense.

 

Those coconut trees are beast. It takes like 130+ to take one down.

 

There's a house in Spokane with a ton of royal palms and I cannot figure out how he keeps them alive with our weather. Probably sorcery

 

Royals are a little more cold hardy but yeah there is a damn winter there!

 

I can bounce off the rev limiter again.

It's funny tho, the only time this is critical is when Zane and Ben are around.
