Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well, I got my blocks, cut 'em up, and turned the base to stone - that let me get the East barrel 90% done. Have to plant the flowers, and put some stone on the bottom. The little drain hole got plugged, and washed the sand out of the old base, and we needed risers to make any use of the water.







Finish that one up, and do the West today. Nothing wrong with that one, except no riser yet.

And I'd love to shoot a game in the 40's @knayrb !

Thanks Carl. I have one of those Designer shoes where my toes are a good inch and a 1/4 back in the shoe. Fortunately it's black so I can wear it with my tux . 11 days before I go see the doc and get more info on what I can and can't do. The Missus keeps an eye on me so I have to be careful or I get yelled at .

Glad to hear you're doing well, and had to laugh about tracking your "number". I have a whiteboard for my weight since my CHF, and added nightly blood pressure, then added steps when my cool watch failed. And the steps are now color coded. Black walking guy is my UHC insurance (they pay for 5000 steps, 10x per month), green guy for last years 7500 keeps the Dr. happy, and blue if I hit 10K. Doc just laughs, but it goes into my records because I print it out for them!

 

I think I actually started mine when I started tracking my BP. I take all the info from my fitbit and bp and have it all on an excel spreadsheet... Calendar for each year with all the info, then a sheet with just the days and the episodes highlighted. I was looking for a trend before the episodes, but haven't seen anything, but I still track it anyway.

 

If I did a spreasheet, the doc would just want more!
I have him right where I want! He just puts his face in his hands when I give him my print outs!

 

Don't know that either of my doc's would want to see mine... but I just created it for my curiosity. They do kinda laugh when I tell them it's been XXX days since my last episode. I also have a sheet for all my blood test results - curious if anything there was the trigger

 

LOL. Inquiring minds want to know. One thing I don't track, but the phone does, is CPAP. He wants to know "episodes" which would be apnea. They are low, he is happy. I want to know LEAKAGE, because that is "comfort" with the stupid thing!
Tracking stuff is important if it's important to you!!!

ResMed Airsense 10 Now that I think about it, when I had the appointment with the sleep doc after I got the machine, she said some had the capability to wirelessly upload the info, but my machine doesn't have it

 

I think they lie! All AirSense 10 on google have. it.
