That is true, and I appreciate the heads up, but that's not the correct headrest position for me. Also, I'm not sure I like the way the length leads to digging into the back of my seat with weight applied.** It's possible I'd like them better with cloth seats.

** Of course that's just my opinion and that's all I'm offering, no universal truths. Like all random Internet interactions, don't simply take my word for it, apply critical thinking to all the information you can find.

None to speak of, just enjoying it for the moment.
AahMmm you don't need to turn those tie downs like that to install them just the oblong tab needs to turn, but hey if that works for you great! I have a tonneau and didn't need to modify them to install.

I just turned my cleats 90° from what you did and they fit under the tonneau just fine. Just sayin. I usually hook the lashing strap either inside the cleat or on the ears and it works fine.

New kicks put on today along with finally getting to my Prinsu rack installed. I think that long beds just look better with 285s, that will happen eventually... but those mpgs matter this year, so 265s it was .

Here's a project I've been putting off ever since I got my Brute Force HC Rear Bumper. With the mud flaps and part of the fender well plastic removed, mud gets pumped up between the bed and side body panel. Mud and water also gets pumped on all of the wire conduit and other components that would normally be protected by those mud flaps. This makes for a chore to clean with a power washer

On the passenger side this area look like this:
    upload_2023-4-14_18-23-41.jpg

On the Driver's side the gap between the bed and body does not have that cubby insert so it accepts even more mud and water.

My solution was to make a piece of 3/8" ABS plastic sheet to fill the space between the frame and body to keep mud and water from spraying between the bed and body.
    upload_2023-4-14_18-24-35.jpg

I used the existing body mount bolts to secure it in place

    upload_2023-4-14_18-25-39.jpg

So it is basically a mud flap mounted horizontally.

That is genius! I’ll have to take a look and try to fabricate my own. Hopefully it will also cut down on the amount of dust that gets in the bed. Really annoying that the cubby gets filled with dust on every outing. Thanks for sharing!

Not today, but yesterday: installed the Tacos4Cheap super white TOYOTA grill overlays. Really perks up the front of the truck. Continuing to debate on the matte red/black TRD Pro bed inlays. All that white is just so boring.

I should have mentioned that I took pains to not have the ABS plastic contact the bumper or any other metal part so as to trap mud or water between the "horizontal mud flap" and the metal. I learned on my last truck that this creates a location for abrasion and rust to set in. The only contact points are where the bolts hold it in place and where it rests on the cross member tubing of the bumper.

spotter mirrors installed - the drivers side was a royal pain, in fact I gave up a few weeks ago before attempting it again. Passenger side was a breeze - weird

    Apparently, great minds think alike.

On a completely separate topic, my dealer is (still) trying to find me 4 Toyo MT in 255/85R16. So far one has arrived and they are trying to get 3 more from........Saskatchewan. I was unaware tires were in short supply. On the plus side, the front bed rail and end caps were easy to get. Hypothetically, after this I'm done.IMG_7365.jpg
