If I swap oem radio to android, will loose the rear view mirror camera? I went to a shop and they told me that.

 

No. Not if your new head unit supports a camera. Just did this yesterday. You'll need to do some custom work to make it happen, but it is not hard.

Your ‘13 has the camera in the rear view mirror and isn’t affected by the radio. I believe it was ‘14s that changed over to the camera in the radio.

 

Per the link you can have it both on the mirror and on the radio. The radio image is actually very good and more helpful than the mirror IMHO.

 

I replaced the factory JBL stereo with a Kenwood Excelon and retained the backup camera on the head unit.

I have a 2012 that has the video on the head unit and not the mirror.
