    Last crop of sprouts because they are getting long in the tooth

    Marinade in balsamic and you can throw in some ham and mustard as well then oil and into the air fryer until leaves get a bit crispy

    the Brussels sprouts at the store now might be a little tough

    Been awhile but here goes ... fueled by an Instagram post..

    12 ounce canned chicken, drained
    1 egg
    1/2 cup shredded cheese
    Black pepper (to taste)
    Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)


    In a medium bowl crack and lightly beat egg and add in cheese and chicken and mix well with hands.

    Shape into whatever shape (The original post was to make chicken fries) and line your air fryer with parchment paper and put your chicken shapes in and air fry on 400F for 20 minutes.

    Next time I will flip them over half or 3/4 way through.

    I served them with a 50/50 mix of Famous Dave's Devil's Spit BBQ Sauce and Blue Cheese Salad Dressing. Definitely a repeat idea!

    I love bacon.

    And Oreos.

    But I can't get behind this one. I'm pretty sure it's entirely because that bacon doesn't look nearly crispy enough. Crisped up more and :drool:

    So good!!! Rubbed honey, dijion mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on it. Airfryed at 400 for 15 mins.
