How have the Maxxis worked out for you so far?

 

Love the color but how easily does it get scratched? I just gave my silver Tacoma to my pops and I’m in the market for another. Not sure on the color . It’s between lunar and magnetic grey.

 

My LR Tacoma has less noticeable scratches and less chips than my wife's Magnetic Gray 4Runner. Both have about the same kilometers.

I've bushwacked my truck a ton of times and has the scratches to prove it but they're not noticeable unless you really look for them. The 4Runner would look like shit if had done the same with it.

 

I got some Nitto Ridge Grapplers, and removed the chrome badges and ARE stickers

Seeing a rig like that makes me second guess going with a LoMax tonneau every time. Nice looking truck.

Picked my LR up at the dealership this afternoon, exactly 3 months from order to delivery. I ordered the truck without ever sitting in one, nobody had one on the lot, but climbing in for the first time...yup fits just fine. I'm 6-3 210, getting in and out is easy with plenty of room. Yeah, the shifting and peddle response is a little funky but feels better than my f150 with the ecoboost. Zero complaints and plenty of power. The funny thing is I've never seen a LR Toyota until today, but I do live in the U.P. Looks mint green to me, I like it. I'll try and get the RC seat covers and Lo-max tonneau on tomorrow. Interestingly it came with Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT's and not the Duratraks.

 

Quarter till 11 running on 4 hours sleep, just finished the Lomax tonneau and rc seat covers. Time to pass out.

 

@Microtus sweet looking truck! Congrats on your new ride. Bed cover looks great! Can't wait to see what other mods you do.
