My wait is finally over, went through the QC hold, then like 5 delays once it was released. Finally picking up my truck on monday!

Wish everyone else luck on their delivery dates!

 

Thank you so much!! The dealer is in Potsdam, NY. It seems that the truck will be ready for pick up by end of April?

 

The Southern Highway just left for San Diego from Lazaro Cardenas. Fingers crossed that our missing west coast trucks are on it.

Anyone have an idea of how long it normally takes for the systems to update to show if its on there or not?

 

That would be my guess, yeah. The actual dealer arrival seems to fall pretty close to the “on truck for delivery” date in most cases.

 

I think we’ve seen that it usually updates in 12-24 hours.

 

I'll bug you with a VIN check on Monday then. haha.

Yep I’ve been thinking the same…. My truck shows up again now on the dealer ship site and Toyota tracker so let’s hope that means things are in motion and it goes on the boat. If not man this could really really drag out

I'm picking up my new Blue tomorrow! but the dealer is installing a brake controller as part of the deal. They say the shop can't find a wire harness... are they that hard to find? I'm picking it up anyway, and waiting for the harness to materialize. I'll have to bring it back for that.

 

The dealer just sent me a Monday morning update, and they have now introduced early May into the delivery window. It feels like the truck was built so long ago (1/26), that all the new trucks have blocked it into a corner wherever it has been kept. Is there a point where the trucks that were on hold get a priority for shipping? My guess is Toyota would prefer to not widen the pool of frustrated order holders, simply make the ones that are frustrated stew a bit more.
