How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

Called my dealer, my truck didn’t leave Lazaro Cardenas on the southern highway. RIP

 

I feel the same, my build date is 1/23. Although I have not been waiting that long, I went to my local dealership in March because they had the truck I wanted there, on the lot but by the time I got there, someone else was in the process of purchasing it, the the salesman looked up his inventory and found one just like it was set to arrive in the next day or two. However, every day since then the delivery window moved out a day or two. I'm thinking I will never get this truck, and I'm also thinking it's lost on a lot somewhere. I'm in Southern California, so it doesn't even need to get on a boat or a train, I can't even figure out where it could possibly be sitting. BUT I do have some glimmer of hope because I just today got a notification that the doors were unlocked and the truck drove adding 1 mile to the odometer. I really hope this means it's being put on a truck for delivery and not just being shuffled around.

 

Waiting is the hardest part…these delays are tough. I thought my truck would never arrive. My truck got caught up in the recall for child latch system, it was delayed 125 days. I looked into other trucks that were allocated but held out and it was worth the wait.

 

Are you enabling the connect services on the app to be able to see that kinda info the door unlock and milage ?

 

It won't allow you to fully active it without being with the vehicle, but I did push all the buttons in the app that it allowed me to, so I don't know if that means I enabled it or not. Before today I could only see odometer, today I can see tire pressure, and a last updated dated, and in notifications it says doors unlocked.

 

I didn’t enable any however they have been counting down since the truck was built…

 

Okay, I see under the subscriptions page it says: Active Expires On Apr 09, 2024 for the Remote Connect and the Safety Connect, so it must've let me activate those two. But on the home screen there's an activate button that wants to send me an activation code, I didn't do that.

 

Dealer has been texting me weekly a Screenshot of shipping progress and dates for all the rail arrivals and departs as well as on truck and estimated at dealer. Today's update his screen dropped all the dates to "not available " last update from them showed truck in a rail yard about a 2 hour drive away. Just wondering if yall was like that as well right before it got to dealer.

I tried for a year to get a local dealer to "order/ allocate " a lunar rock with manual and instead just looked nation wide in January till I found one there
