Good news. TYDE, now OCTO, did that 50/1 reverse split on APR 4th. The problem is the 180 day deadline for the $1 minimum bid price compliance for the Nasdaq was APR 3. They filed an 8K today stating the received a determination letter from the Nasdaq and they will be delisted APR 20. They have appealed but I'm at the point I want the delist.

Yeah, you would think so. The first reason is there are no halts in OTC. The second is that shorts must close before the stock delists. If they don't they need to provide the money back to the broker they borrowed from at the borrowed price. I'm pretty sure the Nasdaq will let them stay listed though. % of float short is 155%. CTB is about 250% and going up. Borrowoble shares are going from 0 to 500. There's no liquidity left.
