Those are the heater hoses, be careful not to damage the heater core tubes.
They usually take a few good twists in both directions to get them moving.

I mean you can try using pliers on them but you have to be extremwly careful to not distort the tubes when doin that.
If you have a small pick you can try working that between the hose and tube but again you have to be really careful.
I don't really have any other advice for you, i have fought heater hoses on some vehicles in the past and some of them can be a chore to get loose, at least they are pretty acessible on yours.

Try this on the hoses. If you can get a little pick or small screwdriver under any part of the hose spray a little penetrating oil on it. Then try and work it back in forth twisting it, you nay have to add more penetrating oil. it may come loose. It doesn't take much of an opening between the hose and the tube to get this started as working the hose back and forth twisting it with penetrating oil creeps between the hose and tube. I hope my explanation here is clear enough as it has worked for me.
As for the head snapped off the screw. The torque applied to the fastener holding the coil on went to zero. The screw may be seized in there because of the different metals. After you've sprayed penetrating oil on the stud tap it with a hammer. It looks like you have enough of the stud sticking out to get a vise grip on it. It shouldn't be too hard to get out.

If it's that tight on space, the extractor route is probably the best option. Use some socket extensions so your well out of the way.

If all else fails, put it back together and bring it to the shop. Someone with the right tools and know-how will have that out in a jiffy.

Thanks guys. Still trying but thinking I’m just going to have to take it somewhere. It’s definitely okay to drive a short distance like that?

You should be fine for a short trip to a shop.

Like others said soak and try to get it off. If you have enough threads you could try 2 nuts to jam and then loosen

pulling everything on top of the engine will get you plenty of room. Worst case you can replace the valve cover but last resort.

Are you working it back and forth, or just trying to back it out. Sometimes driving it back in a bit breaks it loose.

I don’t know what they’re called, I call them hose hookers. You slip it between the hose & pipe. Chances are you won’t get those hoses off, more so if they’re super stiff, you can’t squeeze them. They might crack like a piece of stale bread.

I had the same one break on mine. The back spark plug on driver side. Tough spot to work on. Good luck with it!
