I recently had to jump another car, it was being stubborn so it took a few tries. Afterwards everytime I accelerate I feel this jerking sensation and notice my rpm's bobbing up and down. I took it to get the battery tested and replaced. I just replaced the alternator as well since I heard it can be faulty after jumping cars. I still feel the same jerking again. I don't feel it at idle just acceleration. Would like any advice or ideas please.

Sounds like it could be your throttle position sensor. I've had a similar symptom a couple times and that's been it. The connector comes loose driving on rough roads. Just make sure it's clicked in snug and it's fine until the next time it jumps loose. Located to the left of the throttle body if facing from the passenger side.

Try pressing all the way down on the gas pedal and release all the way up 100 times with the truck off. It clean the contacts on the tps. Work for me. I do this about every 6 months.
