G'morning all!!

 

Good morning everybody! The boy is taking me for a walk we will hunt an easy hike for later. Yesterday we did 7 miles with 900 something ft of elevation gain. We ran into one person the trail head was 5 miles down a forest service road, a little off the beaten path. It was a good day!!

 

Good. That would have been a lot of popcorn to read a year or better of back pages to catch up.

 

Someone needs a Monster Energy drink added to their morning coffee

 

"Out of my echelon" was a good Jarhead saying when assigned a duty that we weren't supposed to do.

Similar circumstances here, so you aren't alone. It's a huge psychological burden at times.

Good afternoon everyone. I accepted the contract job, starting on May 1st. It wasn't my 1st choice, no affordable health bennies and no paid holidays because its a contract position.. but at least it's a pay check. All of the doom and gloom on the horizon about the bigger recession starting and whatnot, a decent paycheck cant be a bad thing to have right now.

So, so sorry. It's never easy losing someone so loyal. I honestly love more pets/animals more than most people I come across or know.

 

So sorry for you and the heartbreak it brings.

 

Not for the outrageous prices some of these body shops want to charge me . Also the 6-12 months time quote it'll be in body shop jail . I'll keep it Gel coat grey color

Some shops also mentioned they can't even get a good color match so the hood will match the paint on the Camaro . The cheapest I found to do body work and paint for the Camaro and fiberglass hood is $12k and they quoted a year to do this



I've got a couple friends who have their classic cars in body shops and they haven't even had the body work completed in over a year . One of my friends paid up front in full for the supplies and in 8 months they only have 15 hrs labor time into the job .These body shops rely on collision repair for $$$$$ than restoration work
