The bear seems unconcerned

 

Yeah he stared right at me when the flash was going off to focus the lens, I thought this might have been a bad idea but then he just lumbered along, looking for an open trash can probably

 

Bears like "you're not that guy" and ambled off

 

Was it a black bear? Those aren't usually any kind of aggressive anyway

 

If it was a he there definitely wasn't any cubs.

I would almost guarantee it

 

Yeah that's all we have around here anymore, they are super common in the neighborhoods in the foothills where we walk at night. Most people have bear proof trash cans up here.

See all kinds of posts about them finding their way into garbage or people's pools but never a dangerous encounter, I wouldn't get near one with cubs but other than that they are harmless.

Same, I reluctantly bought this one for 500 bucks

It's a 3.4 and a standard with identical suspention geometry compared to a tacoma

I consider it a tacoma

I have been dragging out putting on my new tires because I have it in my head I'm gonna do a bunch of front end work and align the truck ( I won't )

I wanted one but i settled for a tattoo

 

Yeah in the past week this thing went t from sitting for 5+ years to daily with new control arms, tie rods, 04+ tundra ball joints and spindles (larger), with new wheel bearings, and new 14wa calipers pads and rotors ready to go

Dual diaphragm tacoma booster and t100 1 ton master... new clutch master and slave too

Modified 5th gen 4 runner struts to provide lift and a plush suvs ride quality

Going to replace the radiator and hoses soon... timing belt and water pump all oil seals while at it

 

One I want asks for stupid money and not one you can just get at a pet store; western hognose



Breeders typically want over $600 or more for them so I'm not making it a priority.
