    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
Yeah- beginner with a 2wd w/street tires. He backed up when he started to dig in and got hung up on a boulder. We pulled it out from under his truck (see the big one in the road- we rolled it out of the way latter ) and I pulled him out of the soft stuff. I was the only vehicle in the area so he was happy we passed by.

Lucky for us, the T-Rex can only run 20-25 mph.

Heading to LBL next weekend for some camping. Any “lite” off-roading you recommend? Stock TRD OR and it’s a 3hr drive home so I don’t want to break anything

    Love it!!
Been to Moab twice in the last year and the wife and I are already planning our next trip out there. Gorgeous scenery and epic off road trails.

I live in North Carolina. Today, I took a trip up to Max Patch, via the Harmon Den exit#7 on I-40 in the western part of the state. It wasn't exactly "off roading" in the sense of trails, but it was a maintained gravel forestry road in The Pisgah National Forest. Wonderful time, and even better views from the top.

Camped Overnight up on Four Peaks Rd. east of Phoenix

    Blew out a tire on a trail I shouldn't have gone down.4 Peaks Overnight-2.jpg

It was a good view though. Lots of flowers in bloom too.
    4 Peaks Overnight-3.jpg

The road up was pretty good even though the side trail where I blew my tire was sketchy. Very steep and rocky with deep washouts.

Heading Out. Will definitely be back soon.

On Four Peaks roads I was moving slower, someone went past me fast. I saw them later crawling up a hill not too far ahead, so something slowed them down. Then I saw the side road that they took ... I had my answer.

Delorme Atlas and Gazeteer, red cover, sold at Barnes and Noble. Page 32 ... Curtis Creek Rd near Old Fort (a city) in Pisgah area. You might find that connector between I-40 and Blue Ridge Parkway in that area.

I got a message about a Jeep stuck in mud up on top of Umptanum Ridge, WA so I offered to help, and myself and a TJ went up the ridge right at sunset. We had to use the winch on the JK, the recovery point on the front of the TJ, and then use my Tacoma as the anchor to pull him out. The TJ just didn't have enough weight to do the job. The JK stuck in the Mud has 37" tires, so it was very stuck in some peanut butter thick mud.

Hey there, what end links do you have on your antisway bar? They don’t look stock. I broke one the other day on a nasty road. Thanks
