‘17 V6 runs rough randomly

My SR5, stock and 85k miles, runs like it has dirty injectors or is firing. All maintenance has been done on time including the fuel pump recall which had to serviced a couple days later due to a pinched fuel return line. No “check engine” light and no hidden codes. I use regular fuel in winter months and mid-grade in summer because I have noticed the fuel economy is better for my style of driving. Have used injector cleaner (Seafoam) at rates of; <1oz/gal with some improvement. 1oz/gal with better results over about 2 tanks. 2oz/gal with excellent results with about 4 tank fulls. The roughness is noticeable at all speeds. Here’s where I’m hoping someone knows the direction to point me in. This week, our relative humidity in East Tennessee has been less than 35%. Even dropping below 30% the past 2 days and the truck is running perfect! Smooth as can be now making me think it’s not injectors. MAP sensor? Moist air causing something to ground out?

 

Clean the sensor, replace air filter, check for vacuum leaks, run more Seafoam, drive it at least 30 min on the highway in s4 or s5. Then let it idle (the valve cleaning cycle comes on after a few mins idling).

 

Original spark plugs?

 

Sounds ignition related. And even if spark plugs were changed, did you use OEM Denso?
