So Mom is digging driving the VW after I lent it. She's missed German things since her 330 convertible, not that this would be a replacement but it is quite nice to drive. Though even she said it needs exhaust and a tune. I'm low-key thinking about giving it to her, taking her outback and selling that and getting something else for myself.

That's where I fuck up I think. There have been countless times I've "hit the lock button" on the way to putting it in my pocket (probably not pressing hard enough because I have to use an indestructible case) only to pull it out a few minutes later and have some random message started with the text body full of gobbledygook

The lease we signed for work is in roanoke proper... I think it's just inside the "historic" part of town? I think historic just because I know the landlord was worried about us "maintaining appearances" lol

The wife and I have been looking for appropriate space for almost 2 yrs now. I found this spot on Craigslist of all sites

 

Last time I was there the historic district was....I guess the polite term would be, "under construction."
Though I have heard it's been trying to make strides. If nothing else its probably a good time to invest
