California is purposely limiting the number of u-haul trucks available in state to try to stop or slow down all the people from moving to places like Texas and Florida.

 

Texas and California are actively engaging in citizen swaps. The residents of each state falsely believe they are free. All U-Haul trucks are NSA mobile surveillance centers. You can’t spell surveillance without the veil.

Since Gulf War 1, the US government has been using weather control to gain a tactical advantage in combat. The US Air Force runs the program out of the black budget formerly allocated to programs run out of the now-defunct SAC at Offutt AFB, which is also the headquarters of the USAF weather program.

Offutt was chosen for early terrestrial experimentation due to the frequent violent weather in the area as well as the availability of secured facilities (leftover from SAC) and the ease of disguising a highly classified program at an airbase that already hosts other highly classified programs (RC-135 and others).

The devices themselves are containerized and are loaded into carriers, which, with their nuclear powerplants and deep hulls, are the only vessels capable of powering them and also withstanding the localized forces generated by the operation of the devices.
