I noticed that! Monday 2 of 4 lost home games, but both were close games in OT and 2OTs. Tuesday had some blowouts of home teams.

 

The Jets' Morgan Barron coming back into the game after getting 75 stitches to his face from a skate cut was as hockey as hockey gets

At least the games have been pretty exciting so far. The Dallas/Wild series is awesome. Let's see if the Leafs bounce back tonight. Hate to say "must win" but it sort of feels like it, given their history.

 

I know Reaves in a monster but Jamie Benn is a scary dude. Its been such a good series. I think the Leafs offense will show up tonight but question is will the Samsonov show up. They really need to bench Holl and put in Liljegren.

Question for the US dudes in here ~

I was watching Dallas / Wild last night and it was the US / ESPN feed just picked up on Sportsnet 360 up here . Every time there was a powerplay , those stupid video game name banners appeared above the player in possession of the puck for either team , and they stopped coming up when the power play ended , thought maybe it was some kind of broadcasting glitch but it happened in all the powerplays

is that a normal ESPN thing ? because it was fucking annoying

Take two of the top players out of the game with illegal hits resulting in injury like the Leafs did the previous game and it makes it a little easier. It’s called dirtbag hockey.
