    then stopped by my eye doc and order glasses :spending::spending:

    then stopped at the gas station to fill Chebby up @ $3.45/gal

    so yeah. about a $1300 day today.

    I cut out the piece of quilt and flipped it over. I glued it back in place...I think it was glue.

    So the phone was like $300 ? ;) ( FWIW, the cheapest gas around here is at $3.60/gal)

    Did you go with the fruit company for a phone? I'm curious what swayed you to that ( besides the mooses smiley faces). I ask because I'm a long time android user and the time for a new phone is coming soon.

    i thought we agreed - no more limberger night!
    $85 in gas for Chebby
    $900 for glasses
    $200 down on the phone + whatever fees they added on

    and yes, got an iphone 13 mini. main reasons are for me its a camera first and a phone second. i got an ipad last year and have been teaching myself to use procreate to edit photos - now i can transfer photos much more easily to the ipad. other reason is i have owned mainly LG brand phones in the past and they no longer make phones. I had a samsung a while ago and it was a POS. my 6 year old LG, yes, 6, is on its last legs. 32mb memory was chock full, camera lens so scratched i could only take photos with the wide angle lens as the regular lens no longer focused due to the scratches. it was one of the first phones to have the wide angle option, loved it.

    All good info, thanks. I'm still using a Samsung Galaxy S5. It's lasted this long because I can get to the battery to replace it when it goes bad, but now it seems that security certificates are no longer being supported for my old phone. I can't even use my credit union app anymore. I honestly use it as a camera more then anything else, then texting as almost no one has time to talk anymore.

    same with my old LG - replaceable battery was a huge selling point on it. 1st one lasted about 4 years and i got a generic replacement on Amazon a couple years ago but it started to crap out too.
