Background: bought my 2005 DCLB in 2007. Drove it 15 years. Had a Leer Rollitup soft tonneau cover from the dealership. Love that cover, worked well, kept things dry except in a deluge on the interstate, rolled up and didn’t cost and cargo space/visibility issues when not in use. In 2011 when the Velcro on the rails wore out due to sun bleaching/oxidation (lived in TN at the time) I called Leer to buy some replacement Velcro and without asking them they shipped me new rail assemblies. Happy with the product and customer service. Sold my 05 in Oct 2022 to a guy who still texts me pics of the mods he’s done to the truck, bed cover still in use.

Bought a 2022 DCLB in Oct 2022 and first mod was a new Leer Rollitup soft cover from Leer. Great product, now install is simpler and allows use of the Toyota tie down rails, which is an improvement over the old design. Love it. Driving across Kansas to Turkey hunt last week and 1/2 the cover tears away from the rail that snaps in at the tailgate. I’m bummed, call Leer up and they ask some questions about install and I’m thinking: it’s 2023 and nobody warranties products like they used to. Guy on the other end says, “send me some pics and your receipt”. An hour later I get an email that says, “thanks for your purchase, looks like workmanship to me, new cover is on the way in 1-2 weeks.” Two days later it arrives sent express shipping. Installed and it looks perfect. Much like Toyota, I’m a Leer customer for life. 904132F5-89E9-4078-9EFF-D928C6F98BFE.jpgF9B356DE-6F2E-4845-A76E-058AEC5B4A09.jpg 87D7860E-E6ED-4A38-B24A-9942A1AC7913.jpg

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
@Tritiger Too few folks post about the positives yet many are quick to post bitching about minor to serious problems.
Thanks for taking the time to post a positive outcome.

I had a LEER HF350M that has been replaced at least twice by the local LEER distributor. Warranty claims are easy during the specified warranty period, but what do you do after the warranty period expires?

The latch on the last HF350M broke on mine and while the replacement is only a 10$ fix, the local distributor was asking 150$ for labour. Of course I could have done the repair myself but at that point I'm tired of having the cover replaced multiple times.

I sold the LEER HF350M and replaced with a Diamondback HD.
