Happy Monday everyone. I was outside at 11pm looking north to see some Northern lights last night, my area was right on the edge of the "visibility" zone. I think that I saw a few flashes of wavy red/green light, either because I wanted to see them or maybe I actually did catch a faint glimpse of it. Definitely a bucket list item to sit out in a dark field and watch them in full force, I never got to see them when I lived in Washington state. Damn rain clouds blocked the show every time they were supposed to be out.

I'm trying to knock out some projects, I go back to work next Monday morning.

 

I just hit 56 a couple weeks ago. I wish I was pain free like I was in my 30's, but I would not relive my 30's, 40's, or any other part of my life again for love, money, sex... not even for pizza!

Good morning 1/2 lifers. I will say you mainland folks have some bipolar weather.

 

Back from the near dead, but still coughing. I think we are down to 2 still positive of the 5 in the house.
Getting up at Oh-5-something to shower and shave was tougher than usual, I really need my wife to retire (so I can follow soon after).
Spent much of the weekend planting and polishing the chrome on the scooter. First ride of the season is May 6. Fingers are all black, and they HURT on the edges.

Very nice, I like my set up, but that would be an improvement. Can you fit any toys inside of it while you're pulling it?

I saw the lights a number of times when I was driving around the PNW. Usually between Snoqualmie and Ellensburg on I90, or further north on hwy97 going to Wenatchee, but always on the eastern side of the mountains where it gets pretty dark out and the clouds aren't such a bother.

 

Yes. Ramp door leads to an interior that is 8’ x 5’9” of hauling space and has multiple tie downs for a quad, e-bikes, Mtn Bikes or motorcycles. It is also vented for vapors. I plan on carrying some e-bikes and/or my 9’ Fish Cat pontoon and motor/s this summer.

Just got back from Dinner at Cracker Barrel , had their new Apple bacon and chicken filet with Green beans and Mac and cheese

 

will take that as you have never met me. leaves room for improvement, but not a failure.... yet.

Does it help if i tell you that TN is my favorite state & we visit there often? East TN of course= my sister lives in Knoxville & we hang out in Sevierville. gonna be down there again in Sept.
