2023 Multimedia with navigation. I am having this issue with an iPhone XR. When I start up the vehicle, or shortly thereafter, the system will auto dial my number. Pressing END on the touchscreen does not end the call, or does any voice commands.

Has anyone come up with a workable solution? System software is updated.

 

This happens when there’s some app running playing audio (even paused) and it doesn’t know how to handle it so it shows as a phone call to yourself

If you connect a zoom call, it’ll show up this way. Pretty much anything that’s not from the native music app.

 

Could this be a meeting that was run in the Safari browser as well? I'm putting the pieces together with the information you gave me, and I did have a telehealth meeting through my phone browser a few hours earlier before this happened. The call had ended, but the browser tab was still open.
