I’m gonna predict an interior shot tomorrow. Maybe the infotainment or dash. Kinda like what they did with the Tundra

Adding LED's alone is about $1500 for OEM good ones. So really it is 43k vs. 44.4k. 1.4k for the tech pkg seems like a no brainer IMO.

Buy the LeD truck. You’ll regret not getting that truck. Plus the tech rids the rear of chrome!

If it hasn’t been mentioned, LEDs for sure!:rofl::rofl:Spend the extra $3k. I like my blind spot monitor so so, but really like my cross traffic alerts.

Do like that Blue Print color an awful lot. Those CCLB look much better on 35s.

Since you mentioned the 3rd Brake Light, my guess is that rear roof spoiler is where it will be located as it will be a permanent fix for eliminating a chance of water leaking into the cab.

Used Car Market is going to Crash soon, so if you guys are selling anything, sell now and get whatever you can. By January, you probably won't be able to sell it at all. New Car market will also Crash. Dodge Rams 1500 are $10.5k off right now as I write this. That RAM is look'n pretty attractive to me right now. However, I think I am going to wait till January before even making a decision, just drive my Prius until then. I really want a Gen4 Tacoma though, and am prepared to wait till March 2024 if I have to.

Not sure where the OP drives, but in an ice storm, hot halogens stay functional.
The H9 swap on the low beams brightens things up nicely too.

Already crashing. Had one of our extra vehicles for sale for 2 months, nothing. Ended up donating it to Vehicles for Veterans.

Someone from Toyota TCSMI is telling me that the 2024 Tacoma will be on display at HQC on June 1st, but will be revealed in a few weeks this May. Get ready. Please PM and judge if you trust it. I kind of had to trick them for that info.

Ah yes, I forgot to respond to you in a previous comment! This seemed to be the case for a good 15-16 months. If Toyota began developing mules based on TNGA-F in May 2021 from what I remember, then they might be ahead of schedule enough, to bring forward Job 1? Thank you for sharing, it's always nice to hear from people who have some involvement with this vehicle. I apologize if I failed to reply to any of your previous comments, because nowadays this thread grows too fast for me to catch up with it.

Lucky to "co-own" one, down in Melbourne, Australia via my spouse and rode shotgun in it (2022 J76 70th Anniv. Wagon) last Xmas. They're not as bad as some people make them out to be, especially the newer ones. Problem is, only the single cab has curtain airbags. Otherwise, it's not 200% barebones like some would think. Also I've been in worse vehicles, but it's a matter of what Americans are willing to pay for it anyway if ever federalized. It's no dieselized JLU Wrangler 392 in terms of creature comforts, but it's not a complete step back to 1984. Ours has a lot of modern tech in it, simply in an older shell.

I honestly would run for office if I could make a difference for US citizens and help lobby towards the undoing of the 1988 Imported Vehicle Safety Compliance Act or at least convincing them to change it to 15 years instead of 25. Not to make things political, because I'm so used to grey market stuff being easy to import elsewhere that I have homes, but USA where I am 80% of the time, can feel so restricting. I get that people were importing Euro Benzes and doing a shoddy job of converting them in the 1970s-80s, but that was the olden days when standards were too lax with little to no internet. Surely enough we change that going forward?

The people need to get serious about this stuff, to make it happen. It might take several million to lobby for a reduction from 25 to 15 years, but there are a few of us with money who could put it through the hard heads of congress. (If OEMs don't outspend us combined of course, at $1B or more).

I think we all were forced to call this, once 4/4 turned out to be a bust of a reveal and saw 0 posts from Toyota through 4/10. 4/11 pretty much confirmed that, independent of Kirk.

There’s something weird to me about the proportions of those trucks. Either the amount of glass is too small or the bulges over the wheel wells are too big. Something makes the tires look tiny.

Hopefully we are just starting to get back to normal where there is actually some inventory on the lots and the buyers are in charge again meaning the end of dealer markups.

Probably because they know people are going to lift then to squeeze 35s or 37s on them. Was at the dealer recently, they had one sitting on 37s. Never thought I would see the day of massive jacked up truck from the dealer. Used to e “void the warranty” if you touch the suspension.

Look better lifted, but still an ugly truck.
