Set aside a week to install the seat covers.
    Clazzio can go snork themselves.
I will never buy these again.
Yes they are nice once you get them installed but SON OF A BISCUIT nothing has been more difficult to install on my Taco or Jeep.
I still haven’t figured out the headrests.
I keep busting threads pushing the leather behind the plastic trim as well.
I have got the front seats installed but I will have to take a leave of absence to finish the rears.
The front passenger seat with folding table seat has been the biggest PIA thus far….and the headrest hooking latches.

Bummer. Can't tell from the photo, are they PVC, Vinyl, Leather, Nappa? Just tough to pull on? Bad fit? Was it cold/cool when you did the work? Did you warm them up before trying to install them? Heard that they can be a bear to install but very good once it's done. Also heard that having a "helper" is key. Haven't bought our set yet, so just curious. Best of luck on the back seat and TIA!

Leather....and I was being a bit facetious...I do like the seat covers but man they are a PIA to install.

I left them in the truck for few days.but then it got cold on me again (East TN)..although i imagine the temperature and the lack of fingernails has played a role.

But...and this is a BIG BUTT...if Bartact had a color that matched as well as the Clazzios I would have gladly spent the xtra $500 knowing what i know now about the frustrating install. I am still not finished...starting on the rears this week..

It took me a couple of hours on the front passenger last night...I kept poking the threads loose trying to tuck it under the plastic table top trim.

I recommend everyone buy a set as a right of passage.

My AEV 2.5 JKU lift kit took less time to install than the Clazzios....just saying.

I had a set of Black PVC for my '20 Taco and they look great 3+ years after I installed them!

I didn't think install was that bad, but I did watch a ton of videos beforehand, so I knew what to expect. I installed by myself, mostly because my pre-teen daughters are useless for that kind of thing.

I recently upgraded to a Tundra and the new Clazzio covers (at least for the 22+ Tundras) have two zippers along the back sides of the front seat backs, making it easier to get on.

I followed their printed instructions. Some videos show folks removing the plastic trim which I did not per the instructions.

All good info, thanks. Not the first time reading about the install trials and tribulations.

Seems like the Bartacts would be equally difficult but maybe not?

The other option I’ve looked at is having an upholstery shop just do a full replacement with Katzkins. But at 3x or 4x as much, think I’ll still go with the Calzzios.

Yours look great so far BTW.

Thanks again and try and stay sane! ;)

I have the Bartacts on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler and they were easy by comparison. I really enjoy their utility use. However they just couldn’t cut the mustard in color matching with my son’s 2007 Tacoma.

I would agree the Clazzio quality is good. The install sucks rat turds.

can’t wait to hear your post traumatic install stories.

I punched myself in the mouf last night stretching Velcro and leather.

I actually gave myself a busted lip.

And im no sissy…I wrestled for 9 years in my yout hood.

If it ever stops raining and my fingernails grow back I will finish the install.

Pretty nice for a 16 year old truck.

Yes you can get replacements.Had them on my 2018 Offroad and after of 5 years of hard use the drivers side bottom cover started to show wear, called clazzio and ordered a new cover for $85.00.Matched perfectly.Had my original receipt but they had a record of my original order. Can't say enough about how satisfied I was with them.Getting ready to order a set for my new 2024 Offroad
