Shipping of something so large and heavy is really expensive; that's the range I've seen. *Sometimes* if you buy them from a retailer you don't pay shipping; other times it's still added on (probably because most sliders are fabbed to order).

See if there is a fab near you and you can pick them up. I was lucky that I have two in easy driving distance (RSG and RCI). RSG was $1350; RCI was $755 on sale. Guess which ones I got.

My wife said the exact same thing and thinks the truck looks better with them. I was going to order some and put them back on then decided not to. I like the truck with and without them.

Too many people spoiled on "free shipping" for their desktop misting fans fro Bell/Howell. If I need another to help lift something safely, there will be no "free shipping".

My transmission skid and cat covers (60 lbs total) were scheduled for a Sunday FedEx delivery, said it was in the local depot. Was delayed to Monday. I guess they want room for small/light on a Sunday ...

I appreciate you making this post. It finally lit the fire under my ass to scuff up the stick and polish the tip.
For whatever reason the end of my dipstick looked like it was shaped with a hacksaw and it was really tough to insert. It would scrape the side of the tube and bind up about 3/4 of the way in. I read here people had the same issue and remedied it with sandpaper.
Sanded the rough edges, polished the whole tip with crocus cloth and used a pot scrubber to scuff the area between the two dimples.
Slides like butter simple to read

Got a tractor and pallet forks. I can handle anything up to about 600lbs and live in a semi rural area, so LTL isn't an issue. Ship baby ship!

    The story.

When I gave up the 2012 OR for the 2018 SR5 I didn’t think I would do what I have done in upgrades. As back then, I was solely concentrating on learning how to build WG methanol carburetors and working on the house. I didn’t care about not having a rear locker. I didn’t care about the Hitachi’s enough to want to change them out. It was all about two stroke madness and fixing up our home.

Today, it still is as I’m adding percentages of NITRO to the mix and learning proper flow rates, and still working on this A frame. However, now I care a bunch about my Taco having a rear locker for better traction control when needed, and am sky high about swapping to Bilsteins.

I kept it stock height. I have decided to keep the wheels. Keep in’ it SR5 for reals. And without a doubt, I can’t wait to carry my Hot Saws for this coming season.

I noticed that you were well scrolled-down on the display. I have a Sport, so I guess it's not in the cards

I went outside to check, and there is a Bug in my parking spot. Dohh, I drove the Bug to work today. . .
