Is anyone actually excited or impressed that when you buy a $40-$50k vehicle that it comes with a $20 speaker? What’s wrong with these car designers that think this is “cool” in 2023?

The new "teaser" is a total laugher. Like I'm going to get in line for a flipping portable speaker. Where's the beef, Toyota? Maybe there is none.

Most of the douche bro's who see the speaker will react in the following way....

Also, I remember a similar douche bro reaction when the 3rd gen and the GoPro mount came out.

Eventually someone will be correct with their guesses. If we’re sticking with the taco Tuesday theme then the 16th of May would be more likely.

It is a little gimmicky, we do use several JBL blue tooth speakers around the house…they work quite well. That would nice for camping.

Teasers are getting lame though, makes me want to buy a Ford. :)

    LOL!

We were a Ford family before I turned blacksheep and bought a Toyota. My dad about disowned me. Then my ‘85 4Runner out wheeled his full-size Bronco, then he became a believer. :) “Hey that little thing does pretty good!”

It’s funny, was teased an awful lot for buying “Jap Crap” 30 years ago when I lived in PA, crazy how popular they have become.

Gotta be honest though, looking at F350s for the retirement vehicle for yanking a TT around. Since Toyota doesn’t have a 1 Ton.

Same, was all in on domestic for over 20 years, couldn't take it every week something breaking. 3 transmissions in a year on a new F150 was the breaking point. Manual trans.

I am originally from the Pittsburgh area…Big 3 bleed pretty hard there at the time.

We never had a Ford last past 70K without major repair. 3 engines in the 76 F250, was worked pretty hard though. Old tech though. New stuff looks pretty dang good.

I wonder if this will survive more than one Texas summer…

I would be nervous about leaving it cooking in the sun. Possible battery fire waiting to happen.

I'd put this right up there with paint protection in a list of useless (& probably overpriced) options.

Yea, seems suspect at best for the hot southern states.
