    Pirelli is making the tires F1 wants them to make. I think the issue is they last too long and are too similar. I think a softer tire should be really fast, but only last 10-15 laps. The hards are too fast and last too long.

    Sprint races, ugh. How they justify them alongside the cost cap does not compute in my head. Also points go to the top 8 finishers only. It all just seems like a way to further differentiate the F1 haves from the F1 have-nots.

    If they want to provide more spectacle, haul another race series around with F1 and use that. Or be more aggressive with using local/regional race series to provide content. When I was at Montreal there was Porsche Cup and F1 vintage racing going on. Plenty of spectacle without the F1 sprints.

    Or, if they really want to promote renewable energy, have them sprint in Formula E cars. I don't like the idea of damaging Sunday's cars for a spectacle race on Saturday.

    Yeah not sure how I feel about the new Sprint format. Teams at the back have no incentive to risk their car/money for 1 point, at the rare occasion chaos happens during the Sprint where they get to 8th place...Sprint basically means shit now.

    They need to figure out a way to have FP1, Sprint Quali, something other than FP2, Sprint Race (determines starting grid still), Race
