Okay, let me try putting it this way. I would rather spend extra for American made over Cheap Chinese knockoffs if it’s an item that’s made in America, such as some Tacomas.

 

I'm excited, now I just have to wait... You know how it goes..

Yes, 1 of the 1st things I did. I ordered all black decals, my truck is white but once I removed them I liked it better with nothing. I put 1 of the decals on the canopy back window

 

Try RCI Off-road. Got mine with the standard 20° rake for just under a grand with shipping included.

 

Really wanted to do something with -38 or -25 offset, but didn't want to deal with the hassle. So, I bought a set of MR701 today in 17x8.5 with 0 offset. 285/70/17 Toyo AT3's coming in tomorrow afternoon. Just need the uca's and the fun begins.

If I were a black truck like you, I'd go with either no decal or a black one just to screw with people. It's up to you if you want red or some other color. Look on etsy for some unique ones.

 

I’d go with original one because it’s Toyota quality made.

 

Just ordered the clip and the vent mount but it looks like you also have a mounting plate there, is that from somewhere else? Such a cool setup.

 

I equate everything to beer. Take your 38 bucks for the part made in China that’s obviously a knockoff of an American product. A sixer of good non commercial beer is now around 15 bucks here. That’s 53 bucks now. But a sixer only gets me through Friday evening after work. I’ll need at least 3 or 4 more for the weekend or maybe more depending on who shows up. That’s another 60 to 90 bucks. At 113 to 143 bucks now. I’ll just get the American made one and tell the slackers that are coming over they need to bring the beer this time. Problem solved.
