I browse bodybuilding.com on a regular basis and get good info, and take what I can use from there. I've worked out with many different people, I have personal friends that have won competitions including Mr. Arizona, and Mr. Alaska, and that have competed in the Armed Forces body building competition. Everyone is different, things work different for everyone. What might be proper for you, might not be for me or for anyone else. People's muscular tissue make up is different, some can make mass like theres no tomorrow, others struggle to make gains, while some struggle to lose fat and make gains. I'd be interested to hear what you do now that is proper and what you did before. And what your body type is, are you an ectomorph, mesomorph, or an endomorph?

So I didnt get to workout today because I had to go to the doctor all day and run a lot of tests because for years my stomach has been kicking my ass and I was fed up with it! We thought I only had just severe acid reflux disease but after all the test etc, we found out I have IBS Irritable bowel syndrome! So I had to get some prescriptions and then I had to go to a nutritionist in atl to see what I can and cant eat and all that crap! So tmrw I have to hit it extra hard after I see how these pills act!

But Im glad to see all of yall are going hard! KEEP IT UP FELLAS!!!!!

    :jerkoff: lol

But wrist rollers as well as weighted forearm twists (pretty much a weight on a stick that you twist back and forth) are my favorites.

13 months in Baghdad made my right one swoll as hell! But my favorite forearm exercise is a weighted rope attached to a broomstick handle and start twisting. Wrist curls are good and hammer curls and rev curls also.

^ bingo but hammer and reverse curls really work the top of your forearm so make sure you get some good ones in for the bottom half.

Colton and Ty, how are you guys doin? Keeping the motivation levels up there?

Get to work you slack ass bastards! No places for second in TW (or life) lol. Ya'll need anything lemme know, I'll get Lee Emory on your pussy asses!

In all seriousness tho, how are you guys coming along? Seeing results yet? Don't let the man get you down, keep it up, the only thing holding you back from your goals is you! If you look in the mirror and you're still fed up, work harder! Clinch down on that diet, put more weight on, even if it just 5 lbs...summer will be here before ya know, keep up the hard work!

You don't say that to me! I am no slack ass bastard as you describe...

I am coming along well. Have I seen any results? Well no, it's been like a week. You don't have to worry about me, I am full steam ahead with no intention of slowing down. My diet is clutch, as I am following a pretty strict weight gain one to a T. I would kinda like to switch my diet up though, it's getting old. Got any suggestions? I am doing the Kris Gethin 12 week plan right now. I am in the gym for a long time, but I am actually sore the next morning, which makes me realize that I am ACTUALLY doing work so that's great.
