Please help this idiot change a starter on a 99

    2019 Rubicon 4 Door,
    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    To rule out the battery, hook up jumpers to another vehicle, and see if it starts. If it does, then your batt needs to be replaced.

    Can you hear a clicking from the starter like it's TRYING to start up?

    Tried jumper cables-- nothing.

    Power to starter: yes.

    No clicking sound, no nothing. Would a bad starter relay cause these symptoms? Does anyone know which one it is on a '99 2.4L? Thanks.
