My old Bell came with a nice carry bag but agreed that's a rarity.

I love Astars gear and their helmets look sweet, which one did you get?

Moving and figured Id post it to see if I can sell it before I have to figure out a storage plan for it either in Utah or Seattle.

Ideally, I think Id like an ADV bike in WA thats a little comfier for touring rides and the ability to poke around some gravel.

If it doesnt sell, itll likely get stored with a friend here, then Ill either ride it up to WA some weekend later on, or to whatever outlet to sell it.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
It went from free hats…to T-shirt’s, now you get lucky if you get a sticker for your water bottle lol

watch this craziness :) which is why it’s key to carry a tow strap. Would have made a lot of this easier.

this is a supertech m10 carbon

i was going to get another bell, but the ones i wanted had a 1-2 week ship time.

this thing was a few pennies more than i wanted to spend, but it was ready to ship within 24hrs, and weighs about 1/2 lb less than the comparative bells

only had it on for a few minutes at home, but feels pretty good so far, will see how i like it on saturday after a few hours ride time

I love how light it is. Super windy and tons of airflow which is great in the woods but def need ear plugs for the street, or at least I do. The wind noise can get real bad. Interested to see how you like it.

Looks like an awesome time! Make sure your mount has some vibration isolators. The vibes from the moto will kill orientation and various sensors on modern phones.

Thanks! yeah the motorcycle mounts have vibration dampers to prevent that.

Finally got to get a short ride in. Wind is blowing like crazy or I would have done a longer ride.

Even in the short ride I can say the vibrations are very different than my old v twin. Much higher frequency so it is almost a little buzzy. I also found this bike is WAY more agile than the cruiser was. I expected it, but was shocked by just how big the difference is. Also found I'm really starting over. Completely new.

Can't complain about 60 MPG either.

Good lord, i wish my tenere could get anywhere close to those mpg numbers. Hell id settle for 40mpg @ an 80mph cruise. (working with my tuner to potentially extend closed loop fueling to those rpm/load ranges)

To be fair fastest I went was 60 mph on that trip and I'm on 471cc, so economy was always a known factor.

Nice you’re finally getting to ride it!

And agreed the difference is crazy. I went from a cruiser to a supermoto and they’re on two different planets… but both fun in their own right.

Yeah OTD from dealers on the Honda mini Motos including the navi is borderline criminal with all the markup

When I had a deposit on one, it was like $400 for taxes and setup. About on par with @spencermarkd experience of $2300 out the door

Look up Richmond Honda House, and ask for Roger. Straight and to the point sales manager. Ill go back there if I need any more bikes. Id rather drive the 2 hours there to not get pushed around by others near me

My Navi had zero additional dealer markup, it was the $300 honda puts on there for handling and freight (listed on their website in small print) and taxes/title. My dealer was legit, until he closed last summer and retired. New dealership where I got the Grom was only about $100 in additional markup over taxes/fees, sucks but reasonable enough for me, they were both great to deal with. Small towns ftw.
