    Got tuned by Kevin @SH7mi today at the Dalessandro's Philly Taco Meet . I got there a little late but got to meet a few of the guys. I tried normal and sport and ended up keeping the sport tune. Loving it so far.

    I got the tune back in April 2021 and considering an update. Is everyone getting Pro 9.0 instead of XT nowadays? Or is Pro 9.0 in beta testing? Basically, I want the most stable version.

    RCI Sliders and mostly stock.
    KDMAX Pro tunes are not strictly Tacoma related tunes, we can and do tune other models in Toyota’s line up (4Runners, Tundra’s and FJ’s).

    Yesterday I had the opportunity to tune a 2008 Tundra. Paul’s complaints were acceleration and wanting better shifting (see a trend here?).

    Kreg built a tune based on a scan of his ECU and having support through VF Tuner. The flash was smooth and Paul was happy!

    My tune really likes summer gas. That and I have been running sport mode in 5th gear has raised my fuel mileage from 18.5 to 24.5 for the last three tanks. Even bucking a headwind for much of one tank. I only shift to 6th over 65 mph on a flat road now. My truck is stock but I would like to hear other people try it to see if they see mileage improvements. Really happy with my KD Max tune right now. It also has much more power at 1800 rpm in 5th, than at 1300 rpm in 6th. Better mileage is a bonus.

    This is awesome! I've seen my truck increase a bit in fuel economy if I drive a bit less like a "grandpa" (which I usually do...) too. Have to remind myself to get on it once in a while! :bikewheelie:

    Zack and Roxanne brought their 2022 Tacoma SR5 for the Pro-9.0 tune. They decided on the ‘normal’ setting. They loved the throttle response and the smoother shifting. They mentioned they also have a 2019 4Runner and Roxanne desired something be done with that as well, hopefully they’ll be asking for a 4Runner tune…

    Thank you Eric for stopping by with your 18 OR! He was unhappy with the constant gear hunting and lack of low end performance. Tuned his truck with 9.0 normal throttle, tested it out and ended up switching to the Lite setting. Enjoy the tune and thank you again!

    Long time friend stopped by with his 21 4Runner. We’d installed his Prinsu rack a couple months ago and will be doing a lift and tires soon. He wanted his truck to perform at its best, especially when those bigger tires go on! We put him on the 9.0 Normal setting and he’s incredibly happy with it! I also ordered a rod holder after seeing his :D
